Salmon is one of the top 14 healthiest foods in the world.  It is one of the greatest sources of omega-3.  Salmon has an immense amount of flavor, which means it doesn’t need much to make it tasty!  Here’s a simple, and easy recipe to follow for a night where you are limited in time. 

Recipe: 

4 Salmon Fillets 
2 TBSP Lemon Juice, or the juice of half a Lemon
4 Slices of Lemon 
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) 
2 tsp Rosemary
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  1. Whisk lemon juice, EVOO, rosemary, and garlic. 
  2. Place fillet’s in a container that can be sealed tight.  Pour mixture over the fillets, and marinate in your refrigerator for at least 3 hours.  You can also freeze this for future use.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  4. Place fillets on a piece of foil on a baking sheet skin side down.  Place lemon slices on top of each fillet, wrap foil around fish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
