1 Avocado, mashed until smooth
1 1/2 C Pasta, cooked as directed & chilled
1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro, chopped or torn into pieces
2 TBSP Pepper
1 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Garlic Powder, optional
Additional Vegetables as you choose

1.  Mix avocado with cilantro and seasonings
2.  Add vegetables and pasta and mix together until fully coated.
