There is always a healthier version of our delicious favorites.  Here is a quick, easy and healthier way to make those ham and cheese croissants we all love (you know, you like them :O)  It takes less than 5 minutes to piece together, and 10 to cook … 15 minutes to delicious healthiness, with a feeling of splurging!


1 package refrigerated croissants – I used the Garlic Herb version – $0.97
Turkey lunch meat – thinly sliced – $1.99
Laughing Cow Cheese – $2.99

TOTAL:  $5.95 – serves 6 – $0.99 per serving


1 – Refrigerated croissants
8 oz. turkey lunch meat per serving (typically 1 thin slices = 1 oz.)
2 Wedges Laughing Cow Cheese – cut into 4 pieces each

1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.  Layout croissant triangles.
3.  Place 1/4 laughing cow cheese wedge on each croissant.  Top with 1 thin slice turkey lunch meat.
4.  Roll into croissant as shown in video above.
5.  Bake for 10 minutes.
